This virtual course is scheduled from 8:30am - 4:30pm and geared for first time homebuyers who will be purchasing within one year, are currently in escrow or eager to understand the homebuying process.This HUD Approved Course is $25 per person. Key information on budgeting, credit, lending, real estate process, title, insurance and down payment assistance are covered. A HUD Homebuyer Certificate is provided upon completion and verification of the online intake being complete and all necessary information being provided. By enrolling, I acknowledge and understand: I understand that the $25 per person registration fee is non-refundable. I understand that I will be charged if I cancel without providing a 72-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. I also understand that logging in 15 minutes after the start of the course forfeits the certificate and there will be no refund. One registration per person.

This virtual presentation is exclusive and in collaboration with the City of Santa Ana to gain a better understanding of their down payment assistance programs of up to $120,000. Additional resources will be provided with the goal of preparing families toward homeownership. The link will be sent to registered attendees one day prior to the scheduled virtual presentation. For questions, email info@nwoc.org. Registration is required and must be made no later than 48-hours prior to the scheduled date.
