This virtual course is scheduled from 8:30am - 4:30pm and geared for first time homebuyers who will be purchasing within one year, are currently in escrow or looking to understand the homebuying process.This HUD Approved Course is $25 per person. Key information on budgeting, credit, lending, real estate process, title, insurance and down payment assistance are covered. A HUD Homebuyer Certificate is provided upon completion and verification of the online intake. Profiles (all fields) must be completed prior to the scheduled course to receive the course link. By enrolling, I acknowledge and understand: I understand that the $25 per person registration fee is non-refundable. I understand that I will be charged if I cancel without providing a 72-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. I also understand that logging in 15 minutes after the start of the course forfeits the certificate and there will be no refund. One registration per person.

This virtual 1.5 hour entry level webinar is designed to prepare homebuyers with the fundamentals of homeownership and provide an overview of down payment assistance. Budgeting, credit, lending, and home buying related topics will be presented. This class will also highlight City of Santa Ana, Garden Grove, and Anaheim's down payment assistance along with community lending products. One registration per person please with the link to be emailed to you 24-hours prior to the scheduled class. Please note that by registering for the class you acknowledge and understand that this class does not provide a certificate.

This is in in-person event providing fundamentals of homebuying 101 and information related financial topics. This is an in-person workshop with community lending partners providing an overview of down payment assistance programs aimed at increasing homeownership within our Black communities. An introduction to homebuying 101 will be presented. Registration is required.
